The founders of Karate-Dojo Feldkirchen are Norbert Dank, Eduard Berger and Regina Berger.

The first training happened on May 9th, 1981 with 25 participants. The feedback within Feldkirchen's population was amazing: For the first starter course on May 14th, 1981 had 40 registrations. A big success. A figther team was formed and some figthers even participated in championships. Today no competition team exists.

Regina, Edi and Norbert also laid emphasis on the younger generation. At that time, they were one of the first divisions in Germany, which offered children's training.

Now the karate division has about 80 members, almost all of them are active Karateka.
